I disagree with your interpretation of what is happening. Regardless as far as I am concerned that is not my intention. I want answers to specific questions

My solution to this sort of thing is this?     I am unhappy........okay   I write a letter,   no response or  a response that doesn't address the problem.

I stop,  close my account,  uninstall the game.

I don't sit on a forum for months on end...making a spectacle of myself as these folks have.

Thank you for sharing your approach to life.

Other people will take different routes that are equally valid. In my case, I have been in these forums without interruption for over 7 years now, and I have seen Bioware change as a company. I am very unhappy with the technical aspects of DA PS3, and I will do my best/worst to encourage Bioware to realize it, hoping this will not happen again

I am not missing the point that the console players have had MAJOR issues btw.       I am not ignoring that at all.

I just believe its time that...seeing that Victor has made a few statements in regards to the upcoming 1.04 patch ..that people sit tight and see what results from that.

Thank you for seeing console players have issues, it seems a rarity amongst the pc crowd nowadays. The patch's content has not been fully disclosed so we would like to know what is being taken care of so we can rest easy. I would like to get back to finishing Awakening or my mage playthrough in Origins, knowing a patch for the relevant is on the way would be helpful to me.

Sounds like you took a generalized statement or two personally.    If you took it personally maybe it does apply to you :P

"some" people like to discuss and attempt to figure out issues.    Instead of coming to a thread with a verbal baseball bat, and browbeating anyone "official" that dares to show up and try to put things right.

I think a few people here have taken things a bit too personally.. Makes things worse when someone says they have no bugs with thier game (check a page or two back). Basically, it sounds like if you don't have anything to complain about (whether you have relevent information or not) you're not suppose to post here. That's the consensus, so far, anyway..

I've had a few bugs here and there..and I've mentioned  them, matter of fact I posted a workaround in this very thread.    Maybe its because I have been playing online games for many years, and don't tend to go off the deep end every time I encounter a bug.  /shrug.....C'est la vie.       Bugs come with the territory..in any game I have ever played,  and I have a long long list. :D

As for dictating where I "may" or may not post.........I think that is entirely MY choice.    So people may be able to say  ..hey Fera you're not allowed to post here, but you know what..I will anyways.    Why's that, because I have the right to post whereever my game ownership allows me that privilege.      And unless I am breaking some rule or something, and am informed by a moderator of such,  I will continue to post where I think I should give my two cents worth.  :P

Thanks for the advice Joey  :D hehe

I am aware of it. I frequent them, and unfortunately the devs do not. So I brought my suggestions here.
I don't think anyone needs to calm down? Is anyone out killing puppies already?
And "the fixes"... well... what fixes? So many issues and we don't know which is being worked on, it's hard to just sit and wait.
I don't believe in giving people an easy or hard time. I believe in fair, and that I have been.

And of course everyone's interpretation of that is different so that's likely the greatest source of many of our disagreements....

I am having a conversation with you, I think it is courteous to quote what I am referring to. I don't see why you would think you are being targetted as I often quote my correspondents. And sorry to rain on your importance parade, but I don't think anyone is following you around.

Devs have been in the Tech forums.

But what do you want from them?

ITS A HUGE GAME.

im surprised it didn't have more bugs.

If they do not fix the issues every individual cares about then they get yelled at.

A little secrecy can be good for them.

I say trust them to do the job they are getting paid to do.

Not really.. I'm just saying that because I got flamed for absolutely no reason at all.. I guess the guy just wanted something/someone to yell at..

EDIT: Perfect example, right here:

I do
play the PC version, in fact and I've saved so many times that I've
actually had to delete some so I could continue saving. And I sell stuff
A LOT, so that's not it either.

Oh, and ANY info on it is
helpful. I've already submitted my rig info and all my game info (DLC,
mods, ect.) to help even further. What ISN'T helpful is attacking people
for saying they have no bugs.

Bioware:  "We're
releasing a patch covering a number of bugs.  We need more information
on what bugs are out there."

You:  "I have no bugs"

How is
that helping?

Regardless, you play on a PC.  I play on an XBox
360.  They know my specs because they are standard and unmodified.  I
can't mod the game.  They have everything they need from me.  Point is,
most of the bugs that need fixing are widespread on the console versions
of the game - the PC version has received a number of patches as well
as custom mods from other players.

So saying that you have a
bug-free experience on a bug-free platform, does little to help a bug
report thread.

So adding relevant information
isn't helping? But flaming the people that give the relevant info is?
Not hardly.

Feraele thinks people "follow her" if they say anything negative about her.  Like critiquing her tendency to post... with ellipses... all the...time, and the fact she.. skips.. proper punctuation of said ellipses (it's 3 dots always).

Nooo Fera only thinks that when a complete thread is turned on its head to discuss her personally...as is happening now.

Wasn't me this time I don't think. I genuinely thought you were pointing that comment at me last time (couple days ago). They we went back and forth and made Stanley mad..... I stopped soon as I realized I was the confused one. Even directly opposed people can usually find some common ground. If we couldn't, society wouldn't exist.

Ok, I'm going to try to be optimistic again. Wow, that's twice in the same day. I'm going to imagine it's tomorrow and a "signficant" (whatever that means to you) number of bugs gets added to the fixed list. Mmmmmmm. Gravy....

They have been but they are not, and they haven't answered to the issues I posted here for a long time, and we would like to know what the status is. "Every individual" is not an appropriate comparison to an issue that so many people want solved as framerate, freezing, conflicting Awakening patch and locked game saves.

i also want the wedding clothes from city elf origin to be colored in when i put them on sten so he isn't a big bright orange giant.

I am sure you will not see that as a big issue though.

And i have been saying this for about 6 months now.*not constantly though*

That's a good comparison, saying the angry people on this forum are like people on the Jerry Springer show. Anyways, I just want to bring Bioware to the full attention of the "Jowan's Intention" quest's status.

According to The Dragon Age Wiki, Jowan's intention is incompletable without using the console ( http://dragonage.wik...wan's_Intention is the link). The location that it is supposed to show up on the map does not appear. Ever. I'd like that fixed, of course.

I'd suggest taking a look at these two webpages: http://dragonage.wik...s_Bugs/Glitches and http://dragonage.wik...g_Bugs/Glitches

The two lists may be useful in bug hunting, though they may not be complete. Thank you Bioware, for deciding to patch the game. Take as much time as possible, as rushing should be put as a priority over quality.

Yes Mummy....you are the expert in English Mummy and of course this thread is all about telling others to use better English grammar ..so that you don't get your knickers in a twist..that right Yohko?

You stuck your head in this thread just specifically to criticize my English grammar........it has nothing to do with this patch thread...AT ALL.

Thats stalking ..my dear.    Take a long walk off a short pier.
