Hey everyone!

So I got a callback from the comic con documentary that Joss Whedon and Stan Lee are producing, and I'm working on some Mass Effect costumes for the masquerade. So if you guys want to come check out my reel you can see Grunt's animatronic head and part of my Shepard costumes. Come give it some love and wish me luck!!!

I am in awe of your talent. And the talent of all your friends. It's hard to imagine anyone overshadowing Grunt. Especially enjoyed seeing your head shout "I am Krogan!" Hopefully the costume isn't too cumbersome so you can get a little of Grunt's bouncey fist smashing glee he gets before a fight. "I'm READY! Touch the keystone!"

Oh great, now I'm picturing people asking to touch your keystone for the entire con. Potentially more traumatic than a legion of fanslaves following Tali.

It's true!!! I'm the real life Conrad Verner trying to be Shepard, it's sad and funny. Pretty soon I'll be going into cafes and saying they're dealing in red sand.

Actually there is this one place that is deep in the Red Sand biz. I should know, I'm an undercover cop.

That's some awesome work there. Once upon a time I really wanted to be a makeup artist, but as I grew older life just kind of got in the way, alas... you're not letting it - you're determined to get there, and thinking like that is half the journey. Seriously, all the best for getting your work noticed ^_^

The video did make me somewhat sad when I heard you say that if you didn't make it all the way with Grunt, you were going to probably give up on the various extensive costumes. I know it's difficult to put that much work into something and not get to make such a great hobby into something more professional. It just seems like an artist denying their great works to the world, though. Then again, most of the great artists aren't appreciated until they're dead, but don't think about that part. Forget I said it.

Naw I won't stop, I'm never going to stop, it's just going to be my last masquerade. I'll still be making costumes, but I'm going to try to work in movies a little bit more conventionally by like...sending in portfolios...lol

Brilliant work. I'm in awe, I feel like I've just seen Disneyland for the first time and am five years old again, but really it's animatronic krogan eyeballs. Way to rock the renegade Femshep look, btw.
