all of the loyalty missions done and every member loyal, I kill mostly with
head shots and use incinerate quite frequently. None of the loyalty achievements
are marked as completed, the headshot achievement says I have six done, the incinerate
says none. I have researched every tech and biotic research and have customized
my armor many times, none of those achievements are unlocked. I was hoping for
a fix but it has been months and there have been patches but I am still having
this issue. Anyone have any ideas why or a resolution?
P.S My game has never crashed, so that is not a possible
source.
