Taking into consideration I haven't tried this yet; would blood mage and battlemage specializations allow you to cast for almost ever? The concept being you would deplete your mana and switch over to blood magic where the damage taken from casting would replenish the mana via the stoic passive skill. Rinse and repeat... plausible?
Would this work? Near unlimited spellcasting

It certainly works well for blood mage/arcane warrior. It almost makes the game too easy though.

I tried that once I don't think the damage you take from blood magic counts for the mana regen.But what I did was turn on draining aura or elemental chaos and then cast with blood magic.In awakening your health almost doesn't go down at all
