In the wiki it talks about the use of 'Functional shots' which are described as applying short cutscenes to conversations for scenes that might be used a number of times in a game.  (For example the player being hailed by a merchant and walking up to him.)

There are a number fo things in the wiki regarding functional shots that I don't understand.

It says in the wiki "Functional shots appear in their own palette in the toolset."  It does not say how a cutscene is saved as or flagged as a functional shot.

It also talks about "Functional shots can be created inside DA's cutscene editor tool. In it,
the user creates the cutscene and specifies what aspects of the
cutscene should be a parameter:"

Inside the cutscene editor it seems to indicate that you specify what you want as a parameter and yet I see nothing in the cutscene editor that you can set to show something as a parameter.

If anyone has used functional shots can you clear this process up a bit for me?

The wiki refers to something we either dont have access to, or something outdated that was removed from the toolset before we got it. Nobody's been able to figure out what functional shots are.

So we should probably remove this from the wiki so that people (like me) don't needlessly get confused or waste their time trying to create something that doesn't exist? Yes? Maybe?
