 When I try to talk to Shale in the party camp, I get the dialog options I had back in the village I found him (ie speak the command word or leave him alone).  The screen display also gets messed up/corrupted.  It mostly turns black, perhaps this is a result of the camera angle being placed "underground" or something.

Any advice on what might be wrong or how I can fix it?
