I've the same problem. Shale won't talk to me anymore. there isn't any solution to restore corrupted savegames?

Just started having this problem ... Shale works other than talking ... haven't done the Warden's Keep quest yet. Probably will scrap the game, start over and remain logged off.
I wonder if this bug had anything to do with them putting off Return to Ostagar.

This is about the fifth time this has happened to me (on different characters) and it's getting really frustrating. I get a new quest notification about Soldier's Peak, Levi reappears in camp but I can't go to SP, DLC items disappear, Shale breaks...
There has to be a better way to fix this than go back to an archive save, or at least a specific type of action that triggers it. Bioware, please do something, it's ruining the game for me.
