The way I see it, this is Obsidian's swan song. When was the last stable and successful game they made? They botch this one and there will be hell to pay. This is a major IP they're meddling with here, and its going to take more than great writing to make it work. For all the crap Fallout 3 gets from purists, it is still a top rated game. It's still a great game, even if it differs from previous installments. We have Bethesda to thank for that, not Obsidian.
That is unlikely. Star Wars was a huge license and few people will claim Obsidian didn't botch that project, whether they blame them or the game's publisher. Back then Obsidian was in its infancy. KotOR2 was successful enough that they were given NWN2 to work on. A game which sold enough copies for its publisher to green light two expansion packs. Alpha Protocol might be Obsidian's first financial failure, but that still remains to be seen. Despite many negative reviews they could still end up turning a tidy profit even if it isn't a best selling title.
Right now Obsidian has three publicly announced projects on the way: Fallout: New Vegas, Dungeon Siege 3, and Wheel of Time. Publishers are presently funding them to make these games. Whatever money was paid to develop NV is almost gone by now, if it isn't already. Most, if not all profits from actual sales go to the publisher, not Obsidian. If NV becomes a colossal failure, which I doubt, they have two chances to redeem themselves with DS3 and WoT.
I think most of the reviews are overly critical on some points, and the graphics aren't as bad as they say, at least on the pc version running everything at max. Story is ok, granted I figure out how it would end due to seeing everything they pulled their inspiration from. (24, Bourne Series, James Bond, Alias, etc etc). Weapons could use improvement mainly in customization, Using the same slot for Both grip, weapon stock or weapon frame is kind of dumb, should be one for each. They also needed more in the way of Models to use instead of reskinned models, also the shotgun barrel attachments all look like a CO2 canister attached to the side of the gun, though its more of a wtf moment. I have had no issues with camera control like what was mentioned in reviews, though did have issues where I should be able to fire blind but unable, or quick toss a grenade. Though its still a fun game to play. I do hope the pc users get the Item packs that where only avaible to the console users. In all I would give the game a score of 78 out of 100. It isn't the worst games I have ever played, atm the worse game I have played was C&C 4 which I personally give a 55 out of 100.

I don't understand the question, please be clear.
Sorry. I mean, where did you get the screenshots? What game is this?
Looks like Metro, I think it is from the same company that made stalker.
Also Capt. the Iron sites for FNV actually started from the community taken the issue in its hands and making it themselves for FO3.
*snip*
If you have Fallout 3 on PC and don't mind FOSE of Mods here is a link for the Iron sight mod for vinillia weapons.

I must have been living under a rock all this time....
I learned of the Nexus site from looking up mods for Morrowind and Oblivion, then when I got Fallout I naturally went there first looking for mods. Not many people actively search for mods so don't feel bad. I wouldn't have know about moding pc games if it wasn't for UT 1, which I end up moding heavily. There is another Site for Fallout 3 call Fallout Underground, which has less restrictions then the nexus site. Nexus rules state that post a mod which is a modded version of someone elses mod they have to have permission first, also no model & texture ripping from other games if you want an armor from another game you have to build it from scratch. (except for Oblivion to Fallout Transfers)(Models like Miranda's skin tight suit, or WoW weapons)
