I've been playing Mass Effect 2 for two weeks without a single problem. But now when I start it up the opening cut-scenes are not playing the sound at certain times, and the Main Menu reaction is slow. When i'm in-game, loading is much slower than before and the characters move hella slow. When I talk to someone, their voices play, but it's not synced with their lips. I've searched a lot of threads and used a bunch of solutions, but i can't fix it.
Mass Effect Lag for sound and gameplay help!

Did you change your visual settings?
Did you force Anti-Aliasing? (The game is not optimized for it)
Do you use TexMod?
If yes, do you have lots of other programs running in the background?
What about disk fragmentation?
