I know this topic has been brought up a million times already but after spending the time to find a similiar issue already resolved in the forum, I was unable to find anything so hopefully I can get some help.

Shortly after I finished ME my 360 was stolen and I lost everything.  Now, after holding off buying ME2 out of aggravation, I finally picked it up but wanted to see if there was still a way to import my character somehow.

Not if you don't have the ME1 saves anymore, what would you import?
