Is it known anywhere what the the actual boundaries of each territory in the galaxy are? Like Citadel Space,
Attican Traverse or Terminus Systems.

Isn't the Attican Traverse the frontier of Council Space?

I couldn't tell you where they are, but I think it's mentioned in the Codex what area each star cluster is considered to be though. Most of the areas you go to in the ME games so far are in the Terminus Systems or Traverse.

Maybe one of the Moddies can answer this?

My guess would be that there is no territory in the sense that a certain spiral arm belongs to the Asari or the Turians or whoever. It all depends on how the Mass Relays connect different systems. I mean, as far as we know, there could be a star cluster with a lot of habitable planets "right next" to earth but no one opened the rely yet so no one knows about it.
That said, on the map it does look like the terminus systems are concentrated in "the north" of the map while the traverse is located "in the southeast". But still, as far as territory is concerned, I think it is up to whoever first discovers/claims/colonizes a system/cluster.
It also seems (from some planet descriptions), that worlds are distributed according to attributes and suitability. E.g. I remember one planet which I believe the Asari gave to the Volus because the environmental conditions (pressure, temperature) were perfect for their race, etc.

the only thing I know is the Galaxy in ME is Light enough of inhabitant planets , there is no actual territory and territories must be set by Relays

According to the ME codex, less than 1% of the stars have been explored: http://masseffect.wi...e#Citadel_Space
Because exploration is limited to a few star systems around a mass relay, I don't think space boundaries are that meaningful in the ME universe. For example, you can mark off a section of the galaxy as "turian space", yet there could be entire civilizations within that remaining 99% unexplored star systems unbeknownst to the Citadel.

I think that's the funniest thing about Mass Effect. "My god, the Reaper fleet is coming! They'll wipe out all life in the galaxy!" - Nah mate, they'll just wipe out all life in the tiny little >1% of the galaxy you know of. Trillions die every 50,000 years, the other >99% of the galaxy just trundles on oblivious.KenLyns wrote...

Although I did read some theory someone posted once, not sure if it'll happen but it made me laugh - the thought that the Reapers actually have dozens of Citadels and relay networks, covering pretty much the entire galaxy. Which actually makes a lot of sense - I mean, whatever it is they get out of this whole scam (whether it's resources, population goop, whatever), clearly it's worked well for the god knows how many million years. Doesn't take an incomprehensible robot nation brain to think it'd work even better if it wasn't the only instance they were running.

shoot they could have setups in other galaxies in the universe. then you could take another step where each galaxies is a group of reapers fighting for control over the other groups, lol. its just one big game of control for them. and if are reapers are competing against other reapers they arent doing so well lol
