And really marbatico? Thank god for that....they pok in small doeses...but for 90 solid minutes.....real pain.

I can watch every game on 3 different channels but always chose the Belgium one because they filter the vuvuzela sound out, I would go crazy if I had to hear those things the entire match..

What sound is it then? Just commentary and silence?
I have to say vuvuzela is giving me a headache.

Derail the topic?

You got a black pot over there....because my kettle is now upset. Now please Rubbish, And you notice 'I' am being nice to you, please, just go find a hole and stay in it, you came into this civilised thread with one sole purpose.

To create an argument. Again, you have your opinion, take it somewhere else where people agree with you. Is that so hard to do?

But then theres nothing to discuss. This makes ablusatly no sense,
iI's a forum, discussion is what they are for. And telling people to go to hole imply or whatever you impied  I live in hole, that is another insult. Pleae note how I simply give opinion of football, and get called 14 year old with bad spelling who should go down hole.  You honestly think these multi-million dollar footballers who live a life of sin should be put on pedastol? Many children not look up to them only, but work there lifes to be them.

Good idea, since I live near the border (Aachen) - is the commentary in Dutch or French? My French is nonexistent, but then again I understand Dutch (or Vlaams in the Belgian case) well enough.

They dimmed the background sound so the vuvuzela sound isn't loud enough to annoy you.
There's still a ambiance sound and the commentary, but luckily not those annoying vuvuzela's :P

Ah that sounds pretty good Kimosabe. I thought it was going to end up with nothing but commentators which just sounds dead. Im not sure if thats worse than vuvuzela or not.

Im actually baffled by vuvuzela do the people playing them not get tired blowing for 90 minutes? Do they no breath? And are they paying attention to the football at all?

For what? having an opinion and being attacked?v
Also You don't needspam "report" at me everytime you do something,  if you are going to report, just report withouit attempting to derail topic.

Why the hell are you here if you dislike the sport? You weren't here to comment about the world cup, first thing you did here was attack the sport and automatically flame. It's trolling. If you don't want to discuss the FIFA World Cup 2010 then simply STFU and GTFO. Get it now? I didn't want to get agressive, but geez.

Man, I watched those amazing Dutch in '74 when I was ten. I actually liked them beating Brazil, well, after crying a bit, because that's the kind of wonder that makes football special! And I'm hoping to see them playing like that again ever since. So close in '78...

Can't deny that I was glad that Brazil beat them the last two semi-finals though. But Holland's been my second team in every world cup!

what's your problem with their salary? so your family are poor?
they do things that is impossible for us to do in the field. there is tens of thousands of Viewer in a Stadium and the income of football is high. so a few of great players have million(s) dollar salary in a year.
it doesn't matter if Fabregas or Sneijder get 100$ or 100million$ ... because I'm a fan of them.
and what? ... go watch charlie sheen comedy shows if you are bored, rather than writing bull****s here

Klose may reach Ronaldo and even pass him as the top all time WC scorer but he's so far from a Gerd Müller and Ronaldo. Any of those 2 would not have missed all that he missed today.

Viva Holland the Champion

that is much better than Deutschland (who won an easy match).

so we have stronger Halfbacks and forwards but weaker defense than Germany.

I just hope that the Netherlands won't do the same as in the Europeans... I mean, win with a 3 goal difference in its group to then be encountered in battle with something like Russia and get beaten up. They should have won the European cup, instead, Russia went on, and Spain won. Not that I am not happy, I am even happy if Korea DRP wins so long as Italy doesn't. I mean, you ever seen Italian television? They win a match and praise their players saying they're the best. They lose, they won't say it was their mistake, no no. It was The referee's mistake and if not, it was the other one that played better. Italy NEVER plays badly for the journalists. And when they won in 2006? The news continued for 6 months or so to nominate how they won! Even today they're talking about their EPIC success of 2006 and how they'll win again. I simply hope they lose every single match and go home as soon as possible. Boring Italy...

I don't get the Italy hate. All countries boast about their WC victories, and all countries muffle their defeats in some form or other. Praising your opponent for playing better than you is not bad, and referee hate is rampant worldwide. Plus there are many Italian news that are critical of the national team: For example here (http://www.gazzetta....177953043.shtml) the coach has to defend his chosen ones as people are certain they won't win with it because they are too old.

I don't hate the football team from Italy, I hate the Italian TV, always praising their players, while winning or losing, never giving them the guilt of their possible loss. I live nearby Italy, hell, I have Italian citizenship too, and while I understand they won the WC in 2006, there is no need to excessively overkill people with the news. We'll see however how they play. If they lose, it will be impossible to hear the news on their television for 2 days. If they win, it will be impossible until the next match. It's basically a loss-loss condition!

Heh. Well this happens everywhere though, Brazil is very similar. If they lose you don't hear that the team is bad, you hear that the team didnt come together or that a player had an injury or that a player underperformed, but saying they played outright terrible or a bad team is not the norm.

Not true. Actually pretty wrong! We criticize our team even before it starts. Mostly because it is not really our team but there's lot of interests in puting some perna-de-pau (that's peg-legged = very poor player) in our national team so someone can profit from it later.

We actually praise the 1982 team, even having lost for an Italy that had 3 draws in the first phase and only classified then by a miracle. That's the way we want our team playing and we have plenty players to do it. But no, Parreira in 2006 and now Dunga have to leave the best players out!

Watch 2006 again. That team that beat Japan. That's the Brazil we wanted. But those old famous and fat names ruled the team, not the coach. Now we have two 20yrs old players, in the same team that gave us Pelé, Robinho, Diego and many more. They were left out because Dunga has his own agenda and it is not to put the best players to play! There are quite a few players in his team that wouldn't make back to our clubs here if they wished. And we have way too many players a lot better than some of those who are there.

We're spoiled. We want our team playing like they did in '70, like Holland in '74 or again Brazil in '82.
