Im stuck in the Ozammar quest chain to elect a King....

I did the proving for harrowmonth and sent vartag to go F off...

SO now i cant speak to Vartag and the secong part of Harrowmonth is to go in Dusk town to kill the theif leader.

Only problem is that i explored that place first and there are only 2! NPC's left.....

Crippled women by fire and the idle dwarf....

Im supposed to get past the Shady door by using some finger dragon bone....

Also a NPC i killed which had a shop was saying i could just watch the door or wait there and something would happen...

Annyone know how to reset or to get this fixed ?

This is blocking me from going further in the storyline

There are three usable doors: one is the shop, one is the locked door (which is the one the shopkeeper is talking about) and the other leads to a small apartment. You probably checked the apartment earlier and found it empty. Take another look now.

apartment is always empty i went in it like 3-4 times



and the locked door only has that hole used to put finger thingy i cannot find
