Can't add bioware points.

I would think that Bio would WANT my money, but it seams that I can't add points to my account so I can purchass some of the DLC for DAO. I reset my EA password and all that but when I try to "add points" the message: "you must be logged in" blah blah appears and my password still does not work. Pretty sloppy. How does one stay in business if your customers are not even let in the door.

o' and for some reason the email listed on my profile for Bioware SocialNetwork is different than the one listed on my EA profile. But when I change my password on this site it takes me to the EA profile so I can change it from there. Strange.....The EA profile has the correct email by the way, but I don't see anyway to change the email information on the Bioware profile.

ok...I think I got it....
My ME2 was set up on one email account....and my DAO was set up on another email account. Is there anyway to use the same email account for both of those games. I only need to change the email of the games to match the other one, This is getting kind of ridiculous, and making me question the intelligence of spending money here.

Email address changes are done on profile.ea.com and cannot be done on this website. Once you have changed your email address, log-out from this site and log-in with your changed email address and it will be updated on this site. Then you should be able to proceed to buy BioWare points.
If you actually have two separate accounts for Dragon Age and ME2 you need to contact EA customer support if you want the two accounts merged.
