hi, thanks for any help u guys offer me, iv'e been trying to add hair and alter the faces of my creatures, but nothing seems to work, the only option for the hair and faces are things lable: CUT(6) etc, and i don't seem to be able to find the areas that are in the game, is my toolset incomplete, or am i doing it wrong, if so what should i do??
a question which will probably bug anyone who knows what they are doing

That's pretty vague. Maybe you should more clearly list what it you are trying to do and how you've been attempting to do it.

basically, on the model creatures, when i try to add hair, or change the face, nothing happens, the face stays as default, and the creature remains bald. don't worry bout other stuff, i think i got that sorted

Can't help you about that, but I had a similar problem. I created a custom monster using succubus model but I wasn't able to add head to it, it is greyed out/disabled so I have a headless succubus running around.

I think those customization options dont work, if you have a creature, it can be a good idea, to retexture it and add through excelprocessor, otherwise its head morph youre looking for

If you want to change the appearance, create a head morph. You can select it from the file menu or right clicking on the pallet, under new. Once you made a morph, save it, post it, and then assign it to your creature. If you want to edit an existing morph, I am unsure if the source files have been released. They probably have, but I don't know where to download them or where they are stored.
