I had trouble for weeks linking my pre-existing EA account, my old Bioware site account, and my new social site account.  I was unable to log into my account from in-game and download the Stone Prisoner content, though I had managed to enter the code.  I finally got all of my accounts linked up and working late last week, but to do so, I had to delete my Social Site account and in the process, I unwittingly, apparently, deleted my DLC code for the Stone Prisoner.  Now, I feel sure there must be a relatively simple way for you (Bioware) to reactivate this code.  I beg you, please reactivate it for me.  I'll be glad to PM a dev my code or jump through just about any other hoop if it'll be helpful.  I've already pm'd Stan Woo about this and he told me to wait for the site update or to talk to the retail chain.  Well, I don't believe the site updates will help because, as I've said, my code was seeminly deleted.  And as far as the retail store goes, I don't see how they will be able to help.  As far as I can tell, the retail store didn't have anything to do with the over-complicated process we, your loyal and loving fanbase, had to navigate to get the DLC in the first place, nor with the numerous problems the social site has experienced in the weeks since launch.  Again, I beg you, don't rake me over the coals on this.  I've been patient and will be for some time yet, but I won't go away quietly if you ignore me.

Hey, contact EA Customer Support and provide them with your code and your previous account details. If you can verify the old code and the account which has the code registered you might be able to get a new one. Here is a link to their support site: http://support.ea.com.
