hey i just baught the dragon age orgins when i saw that i got redeem coedes to the dragon armour and shale. so i did go to the website loged in and wrote the code. and then it did stand i have to go into dragon age at download contest or somthing then i did go in ther and logged in but it was nothing there. plz help me i rly want it to work i dont everything it staands i must do. what have i done wrong???

This is the GAME problems forum. When you posted in the General forum, you were already told that your best bet was to go to the Web Site Help Forum. You haven't gotten there yet. We are just Users to Users. Exactly as every other forum on the Bioware site can tell you, if you want official technical support, you go to EA for it. All of Bioware's Social Site forums have the SEARCH function to look up prior questions such as yours.
