If I were to hypothetically leave the Therum mission last (in order to have liara go crazy and get mad at me on the normandy ) can you still romance her? So if I go feros,noveria,virmire then therum how can I lock in a romance withn her? I can talk to her immediately after therum but I don't think that first convo is the one where you confirm a romance, if so is there a chance for a second chat between escaping from the citadel and ilos?

I actually don't know, but there was a time when I picked her up last that she had mentioned she had no interest in getting between whatever Alenko and me had. So if you avoid Kaidan/Ashley so that you're in no way in the middle of romance with them, perhaps you can still romance Liara. Just run through all her dialogue before Joker tells you the Council is gathering the fleet at the Citadel.

ETA: Getting Liara last always amuses me.

When she mentions Kaiden just go with the middle option, and say he is just a friend. That should begin the romance. She always brings up Kaiden/Ashley even if you have never spoken with them.
