it seems that mass effect 2 has a price drop everywhere. is this because of the sale, or is mass effect 2 just dropped in price?

There is currently a week-long EA sale on Steam right now for PC users. The rest of the week got leaked because someone messed up images, but "Mass Effect Day" is on Saturday and "Dragon Age Day" is on Sunday. Expect decent price cuts ... hopefully Awakenings gets at least a 50% cut, been looking to pick it up for a while.
