 Hey guys,

I haven't found a solution to this on the search function, alas, so I thought I'd ask here.

My Windows 7 64-bit computer went through a crash and I had to re-download my Steam games, including the first Mass Effect.  

I can't resume a saved game because I get a message saying it's missing the DLC module "Bring Down the Sky", which I had bought and downloaded from Bioware's site.  

I can't find the files for "Brown Down the Sky" from my backed-up files and when I try to re-download it from the Bioware site by entering the cd-key for ME1, it stops downloading after I enter the key.

Maybe I haven't looked in the right place for the DLC.  

Any suggestions on what I should do short of trying to contact Custumer Support?
