I don't consider myself an artist and I only do this for fun. I decided to go ahead and start a thread in here since I have over 10 paintings now.  I use ArtRage 2 to make my digital paintings.   All my paintings are up on DeviantArt. click the link on my sig.

These are great! The style and colours are really striking. What do you use?

It's art software called ArtRage 2 I use the metallic paint feature. Basically I take in screen shots and recreate them in paint.

Ah, I thought they might have been oil, they look really textured. Very nice indeed.

It looks so thick like real paint. I reminds me of a classmate's in art school. She used bold bright colors and beeswax in her paint. The texture was similar. Very bold, very evocative!
