I do have a paypal account, and has even saved my paypal account name, 
but since my region is China (to be more precise, Hong Kong), when I choose to buy
Bioware points, it does not allow me to do so.
Is there anyway I can
buy the points? Or should I just forgo all DLC content?

Sorry, the payment aggregators we use currently still do not support all countries - its something we continue to work on.

I bought a point card from the website on that link but the code won't be recognized here. Their support even sent me a second card when I asked for their help but the code isn't recognized either so I had to contact EA support and they manually added points to my account. The problem is that even with the points they gave me I am unable to buy DLC. When I select purchase the Kasumi DLC I get this error:



"Internal Error. The server encountered an error and could not complete your request. If the problem persists, please report your problem and mention this error message and the query that caused it."



I sent an email to webmaster@bioware.com but they have not responded me in almost a week. Can you please help with this problem?
