At least the level was decent from a gameplay perspective, much better than the actual trek to Dr. Chakwas's office imo

Its like they were making fun of the fact that Dom had blew off his wife's head with a gigantic pistol right before that. Also seriously, Theron Costumes? roflcoptor

You have to wonder how dumb the Locust are that they didn't notice two of their own men walking in an erratic pattern for no discernable reason.

Of course - anything can be taken apart disingenuously.dipdunk wrote...
This movie is far less ripping on ME2 than ripping on the ridiculous hype and marketing BS accompanying the game.
I think that the advance marketing, hype, and accompanying BS of ANY game could be taken apart in much the same way.
The video 'mocks' statements taken out of context, including those made by people who are reviewing the game and had nothing to do with creating it. And while "Sci vs. Fi" is part of the 'hype' machine, Bioware didn't produce or edit the episode.
But shame, SHAME on Bioware, anyway!
Meh.

Also you'd think that they would be on the lookout for suspicious Locust given the circumstances.
Damn insane Plot Twists
We must move up because others are moving up upon us!

Marcus: Yeah guys, for the Queen!
Dom: WHERE'S MY WIIIIIIIFE?????
It would not have made the scene any stranger.

I don't know what scared me more, that they were that stupid or that players would have been confused as they were over the whole thing.

At least the launch trailer had all in-game cutscenes and CGI, even if the Blur Trailer was full ad-specific CGI.dipdunk wrote...

Practically every game publisher uses ad-specific CGI to market their game. It's false advertising at its finest.
