I've been noticing quite a few glitches since starting my insanity runthrough. Squadmates get stuck, enemies get stuck/won't move or attack, and I'm trying to go one way while the camera faces another. Also, after I brought Legion on-line, my omni-tool was still visible and I couldn't talk to anyone else until going to another part of the ship. These weren't an issue in my last 2 games, it's only on this one. It's nothing game-breaking, but it is causing me concern.
Is this just because it's on insanity? Or maybe it's because I'm skipping through dialogue/cutscenes? Maybe it's a sign I'm getting close to RROD? I just don't know. Any answers/help would be appreciated.

The legion thing is because you have skipped through dialog and cutscenes and the camera getting stuck its maybe cause you are shooting when enemies are not around. but the stuck squadmate i dont know anything about yet tell me are they floating around as well?
