Fresh recycle for current arrivals who are determined not to read the pinned aids on top.Cor_Blimey wrote...
. . . *all* he is asking is that you read the stickies and in addition provide some basic info...*Every* forum I have ever seen has stickies, and generally the thread title along the line of "Read this before you post" gives away its meaning.
(p.s. a bump for the road...and quite why the sticky has no mention of system hardware is beyond me.

It is a holiday weekend. There are few readers around who might answer, even if you will include the complete problem report. Therefore, the stickies and the archives become much more important to you.Gorath Alpha wrote...
Not only has Dragon Age's PC Tech discussions forum shrunk to a tiny fraction of its recent already-slow message traffic, the Mass Effect 2 forum for PC Tech has also joined the same trend. There are few questions, and even fewer answers. Incomplete questions will be far more likely to be ignored, even by spammers / trolls, than messages that contain the proper problem report information.

Here in the PC Tech forum, where gamers attempt to assist other gamers with technical questions, there is an established reporting procedure, and this message thread is a reminder.

If there ever was such an option, it has remained too well hidden for anyone to find it and advise the rest of us.PretentiousCat wrote...

Greetings. Do not forget that the game's own Configuration Utility collects most of everything that is needed for a problem report, ready to summarize it for you.Gorath Alpha wrote...

Plase stop the "Me, Too." poor way of adding comments to other people's threads. It's not helpful to you for getting any useful answers. You new people still aren't reading the stickies! They are up there on top to help, so why ignore them!

That was part of my reasoning in choosing "Before anything Else" to lead off with in DA2, when my basic guide became the "Read This" for that Tech forum. I hoped it might get better attention with that subject line.
Flashing neon lights for the next one, perhaps?
