I'm not sure that the lights, loud fireworks, and skyrockets helped that much, did they?

If there is any reason that you do not find the description of the problem reporting procedure there to suit you:

social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/58/index/7280573

You can try the plain-text variation that I've written for this forum:

social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/58/index/2836375

If and when you take your question seriously enough to participate in gathering the data needed to even think about an answer, you'll have some chance of getting an answer, otherwise you'll be skipped right over.

Greetings.  Do not forget that the game's own Configuration Utility collects most of everything that is needed for a problem report, ready to summarize it for you.

It seems we have new arrivals wearing blinders again . .

. . and at least one more today, with a really unpleasant attitude!

Another side of the same coin is that if you ignore the stickies, and ask one of the most boring of old, repeated questions, you will be ignored. AND if you do make a sort of attempt to provide information, but choose to ignore standard business conventions on spelling, punctuation, capitalization, and paragraph breaks, you will be ignored.

The most boring, the most commonly repeated, of questions are the same things over and over about the DLC, all answered long, long ago.

It is summer; few of the regulars are inside reading forum messages. It is the weekend, and even fewer drop in then, so do the math.

Things will remain "slow" until October, and it won't be any sudden change then, just a gradual increase in the level of readership and participation.

To improve your chances of being answered, follow normal language conventions, and include the standard information.

(That "Standard Information" is summarized in the Sticky Post that starts with "READ FIRST".)

Yes, there are several too many pinned posts, but only one of them admonishes you to READ IT FIRST. Please do so.

Maybe it should be pinned to the top of the forum, if that's possible.

I've never had the responsibility to moderate forums on a Bioware site, so I am not familiar with what is or isn't possible, but for most of those writing questions here without including data, my impression is that those people don't read anything at all, no matter where we put it.

It appears that all of the forums on this site that I have made any point of keeping track of, with the sole exception of the ME-3 General Subjects forum, have died. It has been normal for such forums to become very lightly used during the good weather of summer, but they usually would build back up during October and November.

This year, the forum popularity has remained very low right into December. There just isn't much of anyone around to read any new questions.

Therefore, the archives, and the Stickies become the most important things; for any new arrivals still hoping for direct answers, if you really want help, remember that data in will equal data out. Fill in a proper problem report, or resign yourself to being ignored.

Based on a ratio of eight to ten or more visitors who never post a message for each new member actually asking a question, if there is one such member trying to ignore good reporting procedures, another nine would have tried doing the same thing had they posted anything at all, then this reminder is appropriate now.

There has been no one readily available to answer questions here in most of the past nine months. Everyone left last spring, and most never came back. You will need the archives for answers. For the very few of us who occasionally still do stop by here, fill out the problem report form described in the sticky that starts "Read First".

Ninety-five percent of all the possible problems have happened often enough to be covered by the stickied threads on top, and the archives will cover all the rest.

My favorite description of new arrivals in these forums is of a group who wear thick blindfolds to avoid seeing anything at all, running around, bouncing off the walls in a frenzy, stumbling over the furniture, and repeating the same 15-20 questions over and over and over like parrots. Please do not join that stereotype. Take off the blindfold, please!

Once again, new people want us to be clairvoyant, when we most certainly are not.  You need to complete a normal problem report.  Help us to try to help you.
