I have installed Mass Effect II and all DLC. However, the equalizer pack doesnt seem to be showing up in the game despite reporting a successful install. Anyone who could help me with this would be greatly appreciated.
Equalizer pack issues.

If it's just the equalizer pack, I'm afraid I don't have any ideas.
If no DLCs are showing up (you should, for instance, be able to put on Cerberus Armor if you have the Cerberus Network DLCs) then they're not getting validated. Make sure you're logged in to Cerberus when you start the game (laptop on the right should be open and showing news scroll).
