Just wondering.
Any plans for a 360 patch?

maybe something that will fix the damn corrupted saves, would be nice not to have to blow 40 hours on a game just to loose all the save data!

In the beginning my save file got corrupted. I was only 4 hours in, but it sucks I had to start over. I hope they fix some of the textures as well.

There's loads of other issues that the PC version ha got an update for and the 360 hasn't. I personally have a problem with my dragon age journeys saved items not transferring across to my xbox game and wondering if it's an issue with that in itself or the account as EA won't let me assign my 360 gamercard to it but it says I have two persona's with the EA logo in it.
Other then that we need more xbox and ps3 support for issues and the search engine doesn't even work!

Is it possible to add some graphical improvements?
I think that the 360 can do much more...

Both consoles need a patch. I cannot believe the HUGE lack of support or even notice of the plethora of issues the consoles are having. Even a notice saying they are working on something would be nice. Instead, they are just ignoring it. To hell with Bioware. This game was great, when I could play it. Taking it back today. Just stupid and pathetic.

Yeah hopefully they're working on the dlc issues. With not being able to open the saves if you aren't connected to the internet due to missing dlc

TrueWhipsnade - Did you go through the steps on the EA site about how to link your gamertag to your EA account? There's a how-to on EA but I'm currently on a slow connection so I can't hunt for it. But I suspect that's the answer to your second problem. Your gamertag probably needs to be linked to your game account. The first time you sign in to the Dragon Age servers from the game it will give you the option to upload your character stuff. I think you can turn it on/off in options. But there's an issue right now with characters not being updated on the site, I think Bioware is aware of the issue and is working on it.

Thanks schnaucl, I've been looking into this for a while. EA are not clear if it is linked or not as I can log in twice, two different ways but they both seem to be the same account. Also it doesn't say it's my xbox gamercard, just the name for it which is not helpful if my EA ID is the same
Thanks anyways as it seems you have clarified what I've noticed and found with the issue and also I was told I have to be logged into here while playing for it to update.

I was watching an older video demonstrating the xbox version and it showed that you could press down on the right thumb stick to take the game into tactical mode. It would be nice if that were restored. As of right now when trying to set a trap the camera tries to dive upward and then jiggles around obviously because they took out the zoom. You then have to lay some of the traps at your feet instead of like the pc version were you are able to move the traps into the position you want them in. Sometimes when your inside a confined space the camera rotates up and gets stuck into the ceiling and you aren't able to lay a trap at all.

I agree with that, bringing back the tactical mode, or even allowing some sort of tactical view would be nice.

Is there any official word on this bug? Official acknowledge and explanation of known issue?
What I'm driving at is it 100% guaranteed to happen? Does it happen once you eclipse a certain level or time spent playing the game?

if you really want an answer go ask EA http://help.dragonage.com this is a user help forum and we can't do anything for the 360 or PS3 regarding patching or anything that's not network configuration

I replaced my first game disk with a new one thinking that it would fix my after Sloth demon Battle Freezing BUT nope no dice, it still freezes at the loading screen. Anyone know how to fix this?

I keep freezing in the Fade trying to go after the Sloth demon too. I'd love it if someone knew a work around or if they'd just patch it.

luckily haven't had an issue with save yet, but I learned long ago to save often. *knock on noggin*
I have had the game freeze a number of times though, hence the "save often". Also, I had mentioned issues with graphics on the 360. Distant shots look okay, and the cutscenes tend to look great, but close up shots tend to look horrible. Things like a log that are just a flat board textured (poorly) in an attempt to look like a log. To be honest, considering Bioware's ton of experience, I was reminded of graphis from Doom, the first one many many moons ago. This really surprised me. All the same, this is simply eye candy that could have been done better, but I am still loving the game. The story, characters, voices, dialogue, combat etc make it worthwhile.
I really do hope patches for the consoles are released sometime soon. We all paid good money and deserve the attention of Bioware as much as PC players.

I find that weird how support for the PC game is acknowledged here but not for the consoles. I mean the game was made by the same developer and all (if not most) developers take the toll of patching their games if they need it. Now they have patched the PC and haven't any of the consoles and the 360 is showing quiet a few bugs.
If we even come to think about it, the game shouldn't of been released with these kinds of bugs and as much as I love BioWare, I doubt their ability in making games if they are releasing them broken and then not wanting to acknowledge they need fixing on their OWN forums!
