Garrus, since he'll most likely be CG, should be voiced by his voice actor, and no one else. Same goes for all the aliens. Cept Asari, since they're basically blue humans.

Shepard, because a man with that chin and heroic posture could not be put in any role other than the main character.
Plus, Shepard telling Sovereign "This..is...my...boomstick!!!" would be awesome.

Bruce Campbell will play every character in the film, including the women and some of the scenery. The sex scenes in particular will demonstrate a cinematic mastery not seen since the heyday of Stanley Kubrick.
