Twice now my entire collection of Dragon Age screenshots has vanished. Uploaded screenshots remain online, but all my local copies— story, achievement, and player-taken— all go poof, without explanation.
Any ideas on what's causing this, and perhaps how to prevent it?

Just to clarify: I'm not having problems with my online profile updating. Instead, my local screenshots keep disappearing. (The whole screenshots directory disappears, actually.)
I also noticed that each time this has happened, my custom key bindings all reset as well.
