Audio Dropouts during NPC Conversations

I have run into this a few times during the game. A NPC will be talking and all of a sudden I lose the audio then it comes back after a few seconds. I have installed the game to my Xbox 360 HD but it also happened when I was playing off the disc as well. Is anyone else having this problem?
