title says it, is it confirmed that tier 7 is the higest level of item, or does tier 8 drop in the final stages of the game? on my first character i delivered all 4 treaties and conpleted the Denerim portion of the story, but i hated my player character so much and screwed up it's skills and specialization so bad i just can't stand to play it anymore. higest stuff i ever saw (at lvl 21) was tier 7, plus the uber-expensive weapons and armor available at some vendors is all tier 7.
