Did you redeem any codes that came with the game? You should have gotten at least a Cerberus Network code on a slip of paper in the box, or in an email if you got the digital version.

If you have the codes, read the Tech FAQ, section 2.

If you dont have any codes, take it up with EA support, and the people you purchased the game from.

^ should have all items you have unlocked for your games. If you don't see it there, then you either haven't entered the correct code in the right location, you did so on a different account or there was a major glitch.

You have to enter the cerberus code : http://social.biowar...redeem_code.php
then items downloaded from : http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php
Then you install them and link your game with Cerberus console to your EA/Bioware account using Email and password(without special characters such as#$%$^&*).

Unable to authorize my DLC which I lawfully purchased is unlawful. EA do somthing!!!
