Hi bioware forums!

now, i know you all must hate people who moan about problems with their accounts and things but this is quite important about mine...

recently, i got a new gaming computer (yay) to play my latest games on (like mass effect 1 and 2 and dragon age) but before i had this new computer i had a crapy small gaming laptop to play mass effect 2 on, but now since i have reinstalled the game on this new computer, their has been a problem with my account and the Cerberus network...

like i bought the limited collectors edition of mass effect 2 (yes i like it that much) but for some reason, i can not download any of the Cerberus network downloads. like before you all ask i did go on the promo code thing a few months back and typed in my code to unlock the Cerberus network. it worked fine, i was able to download the Cerberus network downloads and it was all going great. but now ever since the e-install it will not let me download the Cerberus downloads, i have tried re-typing in the code but it is saying it is already in use, and i am using the same account i did use for the code and what i was using before the re-install, so it can not be because of my own stupidity.

i please ask is their any way this can be fixed without me having to re-buy the code, like i already see this as very strange, like i had installed mass effect twice on that old laptop (second time was due to my hard drive blew up) so i really don’t know what is causing this problem, like after the second install it worked fine still.

please if anyone knows how to sort this problem out, please help me, i really want to get this fixed an start playing all the amassing mass effect downloads without having to re-buy the codes (like already i am going to have to re-buy the game in a few weeks due to the limited installs, because i would like to still be playing it for many years to come with out all my instals running out)

please reply to this topic if you know what to do how to fix this problem, i really do want to play the cerberus downloads again

it was i could not ind the link for the downloads, like i looked all over google for them but i could not find them, but here is the link then incase anyone needs if (only click on it if you have the cerberus network)
