Your a very depressed and sad individual ME2 is one of the finest games out there with lots potential. Also Jacob being a black guy is totally irellevant Anderson is black (dark skinned) and you  can also make you character black so there!!!

Its quite simple really delay the IFF mission for as long as possible, then just only do legions loyalty mission (or not)

Then when you get to the collector base you should see some colonists getting disintergrated instead of kelly. Then Dr chakwas thanks you for saving her life.

Make absolutely sure you only use loyal squad members !!!
