Do NOT, for one second, think that posting Dragqueen-Claudia-Black Nate was a bad idea!  It was hilarious.  We love Nate here, and I don't know about you guys, but the more i love something the more I make fun of it.  Stuff like that will keep this thread going!

If the Alistair thread is any indication, the more pics of Nate in compromising situations, the stronger the thread

Say Bryce and Eleanor survived the massacre at Castle Cousland as well as the Blight,etc,etc..
Obviously when it comes to Howe's death they would certainly be relieved to know he wouldn't harm anyone else.All would be well,as it were.Picture this: F!Cousland comes home from Amaranthine with Nathaniel with the news that they are now romantically involved.
...we've already talked about what Fergus' reaction would be to this,but what would Mummy and Daddy think?

Uncomfortable, yes definitely. Honestly, I think F!Cousland would have a harder time. She can't get over what his father did, and hates him for it. But he keeps talking, and looks broody and acts all gentlemanly. She can't resist!

Me too!!  I don't have the language skills or the imagination to be a good writer.  There are a couple Nate/Cousland stories on ff.net, but I wasn't really a fan of any of them.  No one's really explored the whole hate/sexual tension thing that could be going on there.

While some of the fics there are good,none of them had a realistic portrayal of the angsty tension between Nate and Cousland.A lot of them are simply,

"I hate you."
"I hate you more!"
"I hate you more than I hate darkspawn!"

Or they were about how they loved each other when they were kids, so they immediately fall in love again.  Um, did you remember what happened between their families?  No?  Well, I guess that hwole massacre is kind of easy to forget....

I'm not a fan of the 'childhood sweethearts' approach between Nate/Cousland.Since he's the oldest of the three Howe children (at least,we all seem to think so.),I pegged him for being anywhere between 4-8 years older than the HN.
