The point of the above story is that human nobles will say one thing but really mean another. Yes? LOL

I loved my Aeducan but she didn't give two bits about what the humans were doing.  She's was too busy plotting her revenge against that brat of a brother.  Oh and it didn't help that at the human capital, she kept having to walk by that two-timing-"I'll wait for you" bearded nughumper. She was my "angry" playthrough.

Speaking of Anora - has anyone else noticed that most females that are a bit dodgy stands in the same posture while lying to you? I don't think I have a screenie but its where they twiddle their fingers while talking.

To whit - Anora, Morrigan, Bann Esmerelle. I'm sure there are more examples but they're the ones that spring to mind.

Not sure if its subconcious on the coders' part or if that stance is called "Dodgy female lying to PC stance A" in their toolset ;-)

Oh believe me....Skip the Fade was THE reason I learned how to install mods.  I would have quit a long time ago without it.!

Now that you mention it, I remember Leliana standing in that exact same pose when she admits she lied to you about why she left Orlais! I don't know enough about the toolset to see what stance that is but you're right, it must be the "I'm trying to look submissive but really only lies are spewing out of my mouth" look.

Anora does it the entire conversation you have with her at Eamon's and it's possible to get through that conversation with her lying to you once so I think it's just the default nervous female posture. When they're lying or admitting their lying it makes them nervous but just because they are nervous doesn't automatically mean they're lying.

And I wish I could write romance. Honestly, that one F!Cousland/Anora one-shot I did where they spent time discussing their relationship had someone tell me that they wouldn't have even noticed that they were supposed to have a relationship if I didn't have a 'warning: light femmeslash' at the top.

Usually when I read the word "slash" I assume the story will contain some sort of smut in it.  Romance on the other hand can carry so many varying degrees of things, sometimes just conversation.  What I'm trying to say is you CAN write romance Sarah.  Maybe the commenter was just looking for more human noble "bootie".

"We can't help her Nathaniel, she's gone."  In a very gentle voice.

Perhaps dialogue was an exaggeration.  Its after his line about wanting to help her.
