I'm not a fan of the short hair. The Theseus body, though...yeah.

OK so I haven't tried any mods yet, but as Bioware have said no more DLCs, I reckon I'm probably safe to try a few. Are they pretty easy to use? (I've used a metric tonne of mods on BGII but they're easy to install and get rid of).

Most mods sit in your override folder and can be easily deleted if you don't like them.

Some use dazips which can be installed and removed.  I use the DA mod manager for that.

In case you don't know - Dragon Nexus is a good place for mods of all flavours.

The only time I've found an issue with removing mods is if they affect more than just a few things.  For instance Improved Atmosphere will change a lot of the games NPCs and their behaviour.  If you remove it from a game you've started - npcs can appear naked randomly.

Okay.  I think I've worked out what I've got.

Natural bodies and
Realistic look.  I used the HM Thesus underwear from here to replace the HM bodies in natural bodies.

I did stuff to the females too but not sure if you want to know about that.

I'm not quite sure about the files you're asking about - I just dumped it my override and replaced the specified files to get the looks I wanted.  (I did female changes too but I also have TMP's female fixes - gah so many mods on my game suprised it runs ;-) )

The mod makers are usually pretty good and will let you know if they conflict with other mods or not

Some mods feel almost like their required to get the most out of the story. Morrigan Resto, DialogTweak, and ZDF with Leli fixes a lot of bugs with the romances, and keeps them from feeling half finished. Hardened Leli is drastically different then "By the Maker" Leli.

Yep - I have most of the dialogue fixes. Alistair's king/not king stuff is particularly annoying. Zev's fixed dialogue is a must too imho. The restored party banter is great.

Yeah she's a lot more fun hardened. Oh, and if your romancing her Zev says something along the lines of how he should not tread on another mans domain.

OK, everyone please raise their hand if they are interested in the prompt thing. Since we are not doing a contest-type-thingy, where winner picks the next prompt, I'm going to put together a list so we can keep track of who picks the next prompt.

And don't worry, you can join in at any time and I'll add you to the list!

For those that are thinking ahead of their prompt, please try to keep it simple so the artists (like me!) can be accomodated.  Remember, it won't be just writers filling the prompt!  We want lots of delicious fanart as well!  And we want to accomodate any other media as well, such as interpretive dance .  I'm thinking along the lines of one-word prompts, which leaves lots of room for the imagination.

First prompt will be up tonight, or tomorrow morning. I will post it here in the thread, and on the first post.

Okay... I don't really know what I'm doing on this, but I could probably do it.  I guess that's a "sign me up". 

You know, after PAX skewered my Cailan love, I'm suddenly really nervous about DA2 revelations about Nate.  I hope Gaider is mindful of fangirls.  Nate has fangirls, we are vulnerable, please don't hurt us (much)!
