Draw up a list and you will find that Australia has one of the lowest in the first world!!!! And you my dear friend are going to be digging yourself out of yours for much longer (like 5x longer, US net debt of annual GDP is approaching or over 100%!!!!)

And NO 4 is part of the reason why we are in such a good position!!!! They're buying ours and NOT BUYING YOURS!!!! the "troubling prospect" is based on "national security" and "sovereign ownership" benchmarks.... sensible.

NO 1 is a raw number... (look at US national debt for a truly massive trillion dollar number hehe)

And finally NO 2 - ah yes... do you know why? Yep our housing bubble has not yet exploded. And that is where we will fall if we do... Yep, the housing market here is ridiculously tight... land is not released to allow for a rapidly expanding population so we have a median house price of around $500,000 in Aus. And people are taking out mortgages on Salaries on averga eof $100,000 x2 (a couple) to service it.
And there is your debt to displosable income issue. $100K yearly income for 500K mortage (more like 7:1 tbh, but you get the point.) If that housing bubble breaks THEN we are in the ****.
But sorry Johnny... the DATA IS AGAINST YOU. Our economy is going best of the best in the first world.

it's because Roger rabbit ****ed up our economy. deliberately giving people bad loans and credit via his friends in the banking industry. people believing they have alot of imaginary money, when they don't (if that was the case the amount of money they think they'd have should amount in the worth of actual jewelry, gold, silver, etc = real money). Modern Day Credit is just a imaginary figure, where as you generate debt out of thin air.

the freemasons/american-european bankers (NWO: World Bank, UN, EU) sold our american debt to china (meaning having our banking system rooted in china now = they can deliberately **** our their trade rates to inflate our economy's value and trade rates. It's like a game of Jenga China can deliberately set it's rates at the bottom, where as America places it's GOLD based currency at the top of the Jenga tower, and bam! Mr. Rogers assf*cked all of america/earth, economically... and likely have some other ****ed up disastrous intention in mind... )

Nice rant, but it's all history. And generalisation based on history... Not very tolerant and open minded. And Europeans "****ed" over the Romans and Greek? Huh. In my history lessons, they were basically the roots of "European Evilness"....

dude if this is about oil then why did the price of oil jacked up from $1.50 per gallon, to ****ing $6.00 per gallon during 2005-2008? Clearly this war many tax payers are paying for isn't benefiting me or them. You're paying your taxes to fund something that may lead to the apocalypse eventually, aswell as paying them extra money for the gas (oil) that they make as if benefits everyone because you need gas, and we need this "war". right.

well, the majority i'm sure don't agree with **** like this... and I think I'm amongst them... not everyone on earth is a political person... not every politician is a bad guy of diabolical world domination...

Dude. A bunch of nukes going off could produce a Super-volcanic Winter Effect (Yellowstone, Mt. Helen). Releasing sulfur gas/clouds into the Atmosphere (but with nukes, also Radiation, Radiative smog, etc).

What happens on the sun and inside the earth wouldn't even matter. Dust, Smog, Sulfuric Clouds, Radiation, Radiative dust covering the planet could block out the sun (even if some countries didn't shoot off their nukes... earth still have airstreams and wind... and clouds all over the place that could become tainted. Substance diffuse from one global location to another easily).

Nuclear Winter is probably just as deadly as standing directly on a nuclear bomb target.

Nuclear Winter = worst than a Super Volcanic Winter. 

the oil spill wouldn't even matter, period. least of earth's problems.

this has nothing to do with Fallout. Fallout didn't have the elements of Nuclear Winter. If it did, there wouldn't be people alive period in that setting (meaning a character(s) wouldn't exist in Fallout, to make Fallout, Fallout). I've had my thoughts before the game was even produced.

There is some truth in what you say but i'm not sure you understand it the way it should be.

To be totaly "game related", I didn't notice lot of "race jealousy" agains human, because some aliens have "better" culture and phylosophy, other have more advanced tech, another have better territorys.
So, in the game, lot of aliens are more concerned about the pushy way of certain human, but using "jealousy" is wrong (exept for the volus diplomat and their situation may be).


Now, to be not game related, if you think some country are jealous of america you are wrong, it is not jealousy, especialy country far away. Because lot of them don't care about american's way of life, they have their own way of life. You should consider that "may be" (i mean in most case), they just don't agree with your way of thinking (with their own argument). If you consider that "if they don't agree with america" it's because they are "jealous", it's mean you don't understand anything at all, and "jealousy" is just used as an excuse for "i don't want / can't to understand you".
I'm french, my girl-friend is thai, and i can asure you she don't give a damn about french, our money, our food, our culture. She was raised in a "more poor" country but everything is not about money, she love thai ways of life, she love her culture and history, she love thai people for being nice and funny (definitly more than french i admit), well she and many thai have NO complex toward richer country (from europe or america).

No country deserve to be looked down anyway (no matter the money, the territory), only ignorant does that.

Nuclear winter is often overstated to the extreme. For one thing, nuclear winter presupposes ground-level detonations of nuclear weapons to kick up soil: effective nuclear weapon usage depends on air-burst for maximum damage. For another, much of the nuclear winter theory was based off of poor science then popularized for political reasons.



Lingering radiation is another over-stated fear: most radiation (999/1000 R/hr from a 1000 R/hr bomb) would be gone in two weeks, and weather would clear most areas relatively quickly. (For reference, exposure of about 450 R/hr on an exposed body is what is expected to kill half of people fully exposed.)



While the fear of nuclear weapons triggering other disasters is real, far more serious than the threat of nuclear winter (which may well only last for less than a week at a drop of 20 degrees at the worst seasons) is the starvation and breakdown of society from the loss of infrastructure.
