I managed to buy 560 points for kasumi with my paypal account. There's a new ME2 DLC coming and I'm trying to get another 560 bioware points from the site, but it keep getting this error message.


It seems that this purchase request has already been
submitted. If you want to make another purchase, start over.


I started over chose the 560 option again and my my linked PP account yet i always get the same message.
Any known fixes for this?

I've started over several times, I've deleted the saved account and re-entered it

but nothing seems to work

sry for the double post but I just saw that the purchases are registered in my purchase history.

I haven't gotten any notification from paypal and my points are still 0,

fix this please, some people would like to download new DLC

I'm having this problem now, tried to get the 560 or the 1600 so I can get Shadow Broker and Kasumi, can't get anything.

Still having this problem. EA Support seemed to go full on stupid with me. I'm just trying to get Kasumi and the Shadow Broker, but this is making me loose all faith in Bioware.
