Afternoon all,
Good news for England fans Harry Redknapp has said he wouldnt turn England down. Thats right you can replace one of the best managers in world football with a dodgy tax evading dirtbag who has acheived very little but is lauded as a great manager. How will he tap players up through the media if he is an international manager? I cant believe they are still trying to blame the manager for this after 3 of them have had similar results yet success elsewhere.

Bom Dia Mundo!

Mav, don't forget that England came back strong for the second half and another beautiful shot by the same Lampard almost ended into the goal... but the crossbar... and when a team launch themselves to a non stop attack trying to make up for a legit goal robbed from them... it's natural that they get exposed and a young, fast and skilled Germany was just deadly then.

I really enjoy how lucky I am, always my post is the last post of the page ;(

@RageGT, Germany was resting in the second half! Lowe just brought his weaker forwards to test them, so that examined their worthiness for being in the next match or not :)

Lol Druss...
Its mistake after mistake with the players and the FA. To me, their biggest mistake has still been not apologising to Venables when they sacked him, thye sacked him for reasons that had nothing to do with Football, still our best manager after Robson imo, and when they finally buckled and actually did apologise to him, well, it was years to late and I dont blame him for telling them to FO!

@Rage, aye very true mate, but a supoosedly 'world class' defender like Terry, they were not exposed....they were nowhere to be seen. I team as capable as England supposedly are, pushing for an equaliser or not, you dont have the whole team in the other half, its school boy stuff, it really is, even sunday league pub teams dont play as bad as that lmao.

I keep looking at the first 2 goals and cant figure out what Terry was doing. Only thing I can think is he was doing some sort of "look at me I have to come across and sort everything out" thing which got him way out of position.

I havent heard about any rioting strangely. Anyone who wants to hear what the English papers had to say walk this way....

Oh dear oh dear oh dear lol...

They may as well keep Capello providing he actually does pick the team, (which seems unlikely right at this moment)....they are blaming the formation? Sorry, world class players can play anywhere and in any formation....other teams have proved that.

We are average at bst, with a load of useless tossers. Id start playing the Under 21 team myself, so we might get hammered in the Euros in 2012, so what, it will all be good experience, then in 2014, that team might have something about it.

Capello tried to put the media in their place so this is their attempt at revenge. Its pathetic. I dont see one mention of the born leaders positioning its all Capello's fault. This is why I hate England so much.

EDIT: Sorry my mistake there is one tiny bit at the bottom blaming the players. One lone voice.

Oh Roy Keane is coming up on Sky Sports News to give his views on England. I like this new thing they do where they ask for his views on everything that happens in the hope he might explode or say something mental.

Exactly Druss, this is my point entirely, now ere getting the fallout, perhaps Rage can see why I dont support my team.

Sky sports pundits last night were saying that if the England team was a company, all the directors would be sacked etc etc.....

We know it isnt going to happen, but remove the FA bigwigs, we might start getting somewhere.

only 20 minutes to go

And luckily Van der Vaart is injured :) (atleast, thats what he says.. I think he just got needed an excuse for himself why he isn't playing..)

I think for a change I'll stay at home for this match (why do they have to play in the afternoon, when people are at work/school...)

Who is in to replace Van der Vaart Kimo? I missed the starting line up on tv. EDIT: Nevermind just found it online. More width with Robben in so more space for Sneijder and Van Persie.

Aye Keano was just on Mav he pulled no punches said it was basic football that cost them nothing to do with the manager. He then went through them player by player and said very few of them have had good seasons what did you expect? He singled out Terry, Gerrard and Barry. He did it all while standing in a field looking menacing.

Vuvuzela strikes again..http://www.gamesrada...625114049746025

LOL! What? I didn’t bet on them, I shouldn’t get any points. By the way I wish they hadn’t give us that goal because I know we could have won that game anyway but now I will have to listen to people say we didn’t deserve it. Anyway, I am sure no Brazilian will say anything since they had a very nice illegal goal with Luis Fabiano´s hand on it... right?Posted Image

I have a perspective that football here in Brazil is ruled by a capitalist pig and the national team is a product. Really, I don't get some of the friendlies and some players that are called to play sometimes. I can only think of managers.
I don't really support "Dunga's era" Brazil's team, but I want to see them win anyway. :wizard:

Something about standing in a random field makes him seem more menacing though. I think its the thought he could be anywhere probably on his way to exact revenge on someone for looking at his gate in a funny way when the camera's caught up to him.

Im forced to question why Dirk Kuyt is in the Netherlands team? What does he offer other than constant running around like a headless chicken?

He is shocking at Liverpool lol he just runs around after the ball like a labrador. I think he scored alot of goals when he played in Holland.

Different league again though isnt it? Forlan a great example of that.

Forlan didnt do as badly as people think for us. Most of his appearances were as a sub and he did score a few goals when he got a run in the team. Problem was he was behind Van Nistleroy. He did miss a few chances but he also scored a few crackers.

Alot of players seem to score a ton in the Dutch league then fail everywhere else. Kezman and Huntelaar are good examples. I think thats why people are put off going in for Suarez. Though I blame Mourinho for Kezman's failure. He cant seem to manage strikers unless they are target men.
