I'll try to put my brazillian aside.

Ironically, Brazil has one of the best defenses nowadays. Julio Cesar, Juan, Lucio and Maicon are between the best in their positions and Gilberto Silva is doing a great World Cup.
One of the best plays of our team is to score on counter attacks. 3 goals on Chile this way easy. Netherlands is playing very offensively, although the defense is not that good, Slovakia lost a lot of chances on last game.

So yeah, I'm very optimist.

But anything could happen, really. 1994 and 1998 showed that. It will be a great game for sure, it's the one I've been waiting to see this WC. Too bad I like Netherlands too.

Wait until the 30/60 at the Semi and 40/80 at the Third Place Match and 50/100 at the Gran Finale!

Good matches yesterday... felt bad for Japan, they have come a long way in a short time and their players actually want to win from their hearts. The goalie must be hating himself!

I was pleasantly surprised by Japan and felt bad for them too. Their goalie came agonizingly close to stopping one of the penalties! I think the 2nd or 3rd.

Does anyone remember Paraguay's former goalie Jose Luis Chilavert? He was one of the commentators during the broadcast I watched of the game vs. Japan today, and he was going nuts, especially during penalties. I loved it, made it a lot more entertaining. I'll never forget the game he had when he played vs. France a few World Cups ago, even though Paraguay lost 1-0 in extra time.
