To me, Suarez comes accross like a spoiled brat and he deserved that card for a thousand percent, and Ghana should have been given a goal right on the spot. Instead Suarez became the martyr for Uruguay.

In general football doesn't really interested except at European or World Championships. But if I was a fan, I wouldn't be an Ajax supporter anyway.

You guys aren't the only one's that got cheated out of goals in this tourney. If they don't put replays and reviews on the games in the next cup, I hope a ton of people boycott. (I know they won't but I can still hope)

Yeah, I know. England and Mexico got cheated big time as well. But for me, this was definitely the biggest cheat of the tournament.

Why rip on Suarez? That last-ditch intentional red-card/penalty was the greatest piece of professional fouling in WC history. He took the punishment, no attempt to deceive or cheat. He's the hero.

Blatter = alive = no technology, and no, no one will stop watching because of it. It has been a successful sport for over 1 century now.

I would call that a cheap and unsportsmanlike play. It's like the common practice of "spending" fouls in basketball. (one of the really lame parts of that sport) It's against the rules because you're not supposed to do it, not so that you can calculate your "expenses."

Strictly speaking, what Suarez did was really unwise. It got him kicked out of the game, and it landed Ghana a penalty kick that should have been made. Suarez was just darn lucky that the guy choked so hard on that kick. This was a lucky break for Uraguay in more ways than one.



Even so, eat it Ghana.
