I am dissapointed by Germany, it's soulless... but then they always play like that so I'm not sure why I expect them to do better in every world cup. With Brazil and Argentina out, I'm going for Spain and Holand

It is souless. Germany play efficiency and only go on offense when it's safe. I don't think of that as the jogo bonito that I actually enjoy watching

People call the German game soulless and "efficient" because of the clichés against us. I think Brazil and Argentina played soulless tbh.

They didn't attack the 90 minutes of the game. They made an early goal and retreated (as they have always done, and very few times got punished for -like England 01)
Then when the time is close they go all out and score many goals as their opponent is hopeless. It's efficient, but soulless. And people call it that because that is how it is! lol

Sorry, you're wrong. This is Germany playing the most beautiful game of football in their history and it's quite pleasant to watch really. See the amount of team play, good passing, combinations, infiltration plus some very skilled players with very good individual plays and the goal as the ultimate objective. When they go for it, they really go for it!

I think Argentina didn't play well, but then their defense was bad thoughtout the tournament. Souless? Not at all, I could see the players moving and passing and risking it, which is the soul of the game
