And just because everyone says that they're misinterpreted/translated/whatever, doesn't mean that it doesn't happen on occasion.

Freudian slip
But eh, like I care what one individual player says. It doesn't represent a country.

And it doesn't mean it does happen. It's also easy to say something to the press and then say he was misinterpreted/translated/whatever. Like I said, maybe he didn't say exactly IDIOTS, but I do believe he at least flamed.Mister Mida wrote...
Well, whether he did say that about Dunga and Maradona or not, it wouldn't be the first time in this tournament that players, trainers and coaches had something to say about other teams in a 'negative' way.

Anyway, Sneijder said something that made me go against HIM and then
making me cheer even more for Uruguay.

Actually, I think the one to pass will be Netherlans :innocent: but my wish for Uruguay in the final is greater.

If I remember correctly that was some time ago, even before the world championship. They've reconciled.Druss99 wrote...
I know but it was exciting for a minute. I lead a sad life lol. Sneijder has been known to be a bit mouthy I heard him and Van Persie dont really speak after an argument about who would take a free kick.

If you ask me, all football players are somewhat of a clown.Druss99 wrote...
Miaow. Van Persie is a bit of a clown too though.
EDIT: @Druss, the most recent 'conflict' between Van Persie and Sneijder was when Van Persie got switched in the last ten minutes in the match against Slovakia. He said Van Marwijk should switch Sneijder instead of him. However, Van Marwijk cut that short so they reconciled about that quite fast.
