They have to be uploaded in some website. Unless your PC is a webserver! =}  (Ex. right click on any pic you see and "View Image". It will give you the exact place where that pic came from!  Like the one in my sig.. I had to upload it there)

exactly.. img tags that loads the image already uploaded in some website like Photobucket or your own domain website if you have one.

Ahm, yes Drag'n'drop works too. Made it in full form though, and had to open 2 windows. Still much faster.
