You know the one thing i noticed about the Miranda/jack fight was how absolutely calm Miranda was... so calm it was down right unnerving. I'm sitting there thinking "Okay Jack punches holes through space stations and your standing facing with you batting a eyelash. Yeah I'm not ****ing with you."

Like my momma said you always watch out for a quiet ones

That's the type of woman she is, she will insult you, but with words but will remain clam. She only glows blue when the chair is thrown at her. I think I might kill Jack in my playthrough, just to be on the safe side....

Yes, I think it's a safe decision. I will have only one playthrough with Jack alive, the "no one left behind" one, but I don't know if I will continue this game in ME3.

You don't have to do that, Miranda  is more than capable of handling  Jack. Its like Viking v  Samurai the Samurai always wins...

Yes that was a Deadliest Warrior reference thats a great show.

I will have two sides, one with everone alive and one with Jack dead. If I import ME3 and Jack kills Miri at the start then I am restarting the game and using the save where Jack is dead, no one kills Miri

I want everyone alive for ME 3   I want to see how all the plays out...  I figure i am going to need all the help i can and having a tactical biotic nuclear missile  may come handy.

I don't *think* a romanced Jack would try anything, but I refuse to romance her. Bioware does have a history of killing characters in epilogues. Hmm...

The ME3 in my head doesn;t have either of them in the squad (Jack's dead, Miranda's taken over Cerberus) but just to be sure...

I will be importing that save first but if Jack does something stupid, she is dead..... no offence. I like Jack, but I like Miri more <3

Thats my rule for the whole crew  you let you personal endanger the lives of the crew  and others and you deal with me... and it won't be a  pleasant conversation between you and the airlock

The only person allowed to harm Miranda is me in my role as player/author. I say this only to justify killing her in my current game. If I'm lucky, she'll die in Shep's arms.

If i do  kill her in my story which is highly unlikely... it would be   saving Oriana .   Still  I am not going to kill her I have some much much more awesome planned

Nothing much, apart from quite a few interesting discussions. But there may be those who let themselves be influenced too much by an unpleasant but very small and - IMO - inconsequentlal part of her dialogue.

Nice to see you again, btw.

shin, suffice to say I've become a bit more contrarian and the thread oddball. I think Ieldra's diagnosis that I have a love-hate relationship is accurate. Like the lady most of the time, but prefer her with others. And I still want to punch her occasionally. I tell myself this means she's a well-rounded character.

Edit: Ieldra, to be fair, I was always lukewarm about the romance. I moved from mixed feelings to mild dislike. Essentially, that line was what made me say "I give up."

You want to punch her and hug her at the same time.

There's a reason Miranda's listed under Jerkass Woobie

I do not agree  with her being listed there. With neither part.

You can delete it ypu ;ike. Anybody can edit TVTropes. I added her dad under Offing the Offsprong. I despise, love, and feel sorry for her at the same time, so I think it fits.

Is anyone here familiar with Avatar: the Last Airbender? Her dad sort of reminds me of Ozai.
