I don't think Miranda cares  much about Zaeed...and u Miranda fans dislike Jack because she picks on Miranda...:D....i like them both...i honestly hope they won't get to violence in ME3 but keep Jack's comments on Miranda...both chars are win for me....

Nah I hated Jack way before she started fighting with Miri. I don't like gals who swear like sailors and look like psychos. When she started to toss chairs at Miri, her fate was sealed. I still have this smirk creeping up to my face, when I remember the scene that came after Joker's ''All survivors are on board, we're just waiting for you''.

heh..one of the main reasons i like Jack is becuase she is a psycho....i can see why u left her to die in the suicide mission but i like to have them all survive...reason why Zaeed is still with me..:P...
I like the Miri/Jack fighting...brings more to the game.....didn't care much about what happened...just didn't want to see someone dieing...well Miranda is a litlle to calm for me...but i like her cause she is smarter then the rest of my squadmates...except Mordin...

I didn't say I dislike Jack. I said Miranda doesn't want her on board.
I think Miranda said nothing about Zaeed  because he didn't pissed her off.

and Miranda dosen't want Jack on board because she dosen't follow orders....i love Ashley but she was too much follow the orders type...and Miranda is sorta like this too...i can't see a real reason why Jack shouldn't stay on Normandy...Miranda seems to loosen up towards the end and after the suicide mission though.

Not following orders is a real reason to leave the Normandy, to me.
Maybe it's not an Alliance operation, but it's still a military operation. Without respect of hierarchy and discipline, it's not possible.

Agreed, I hope you can pick your crewmates for ME3. I'd like to see how Miri copes with Kaidan. Both are good choices for Normandy's second in command. I like both characters, but I expect Kaidan to be bit annoyingly hostile toward Miri at start.:?

well if i could pick my own squadmates in ME3 i would choose those with the firepower...we are going to kick some ass not study....though Miranda would be a part of it...cause i need someone who dosen't think of who to kill next there

Of course there were rules: ''Don't f*ck with Miranda''. And she was unable to do so, therefore actions had to be taken!

I'm more sensitive on this because I'm military. But this kind of operation can't work if someone can't follow orders.

I think the discussion after Jack recruitment is totally justified considering Jack's history.

Anybody remember if Mordin said how long ago the genophage modification project was and how long it took his team to do so?

actually.... i think Miranda was just trying to show  Jack who the boss is....but i never read anywhere of Jack disobeying an order...then again she mostly worked alone
guess that's why i never was a good soldier...don't much like people yelling at me

She rolls her eyes and hopes he doesn't get killed before he stops the Reapers. I don't get the impression that she's exactly pining for Shep or anything. She may even be relieved he isn't interested in her because she doesn't want the temptation he presents. Because she only shows interest if you do, it's easy for me to pretend that a Shepard who doesn't romance her isn't even her type.

i got the impression that Miranda has feelings for Shepard anyway..she is just capable in keeping them to herself.....
Why would Jack get Shepard killed...they way their romance scene ended..she seemed to really care about SHepard...

I have to agree with you. She is fully focused on the task at hand, before Shepard makes his move. I don't think she cares about what Shepard does with other women ( granted that he hasn't expressed interest in her ), as long as he gets the job done, which he was resurrected for.

No she just accepts to do what Shepard tell her to do. This is not follow orders, because if Shepard is not here she wouldn't do it.
Orders must be followed even if you don't like the one who give the orders. She's against Miranda leadership during the briefing of the suicide mission, this should not happen.

I don't think she cares either, and I don't think her feelings go beyond admiration and jealousy, mixed in with mild sexual attraction in some cases. Since I prefer a platonic relationship between them, this suits me very well. She's not romantically interested if the player doesn't want her to be.

Jack was recruited for a certain mission...she was not recruited to be soldier girl ready to followe everyone....and SHepard is in control of the operation in Jack's eyes..so it makes perfect sense to only follow him...u think Miranda follows SHepard in the beginning ?no..she follows the Illusive Man who told her to do what SHepard tells her too...as long as it is in Cerberus needs.....if i was in Jack's position i wouldn't trust Miranda either...but i would sort of trust the one who got me out of the prison...in this case Shepard

Yeah, even Garrus disliked Jack and Garrus is probably one of the friendliest people on the ship. Even in tough spot when everyone's ass was on the line Jack refused to take orders from Miri.

I wish Kaidan brings back some of that military feel on board Normandy. Sure the freedom fighter style is fun for while, but I rather have Normandy at the head of Council fleet, with Kaidan, Shepard and Miri on deck. B)

No she just accepts to do what Shepard tell her to do. This is not follow orders, because if Shepard is not here she wouldn't do it.
Orders must be followed even if you don't like the one who give the orders. She's against Miranda leadership during the briefing of the suicide mission, this should not happen.

No, Miranda follows Shepard's orders, and she reports to TIM.
A military operation can't be controlled by only one man, that's why there is a hierarchy. If Jack doesn't accept it, she should leave.
