I don't know why they did't do something like Jacob for her. Jacob's outfit is am ix of clothing and armour. I don't see why they did't do that with Miri at all. The fact that a user was able to make somethin g like that and make it amazing tells me Bioware wanted her to apeal to the male gamers who just want big breast and big ass <_<
This only happens because most people(gamer designers included) don't know the difference between sexy and trashy sadly. Thats why I like Miranda black outfit better is sexy, shows off every thing.

Miri in that armour is sexy, Miri in that white outfit is ugly, she is better in the black outfit, but she looks more sexy in that armour mod.

Well Miranda isn't really a front line soldier like Jacob or Ashley. That's why she doesn't really wear all that armor. She's more cunning, relies on technique and finesse to get the job done. Kasumi doesn't wear any armor and she relies on stealth. Thane just wears a shirt and a jacket because he's more about stealth. Miranda seems more suited to provide info. Don't get me wrong she can handle herself on the field (she's probably the top 3 best squadmates in the game). The white default outfit is ok but I prefer the alternate one because it is less revealing. I LOVE THE SHINY LEATHER, less revealing and shiny. Hope to see more shiny leather alternate outfits for Miranda as DLC and in ME3.
I don't care what she wears on the ship, but when we are out in space and in combat, she better dam well be wearing armour

That's why I don't take her anywhere, the only place I take her was her personal mission.

This. I'm on my first insanity playthrough and I take Miranda nearly everywhere because she has abilities that strip every defense I'll run into. Hell she can run around the battlefield in a bikini aslong as she does her job. she's only died once on me. Damn Scions.ShadowJ20 wrote...

So Bioware tries to make outfits that suit the characters style of play.

Revan, I'd be interested to know what you think. The silence has been deafening so far. Wonder if it'll pick up when I start including Talimance content?
Edit: read. The narrative was really good. Also, I think that that shep was right in reacting the way he did to the information presented. The characters were all very much in character. I'm not sure if you have more stories, I only read the one that your sig linked to.

Miranda is so fast she doesn't get hit by bullets (Enhanced Reflexes). And she heals faster. Therefore she needs no armor...
Built-in bullet time, is it? Now we know what her father did for her.....

I didn't bother with a comment on ff.net after everything I've already said here. I hope that's OK with you.

I support practical combat attire for all squadmates in ME3. I really hope the black outfit comes back in ME3. It has my vote for the best outfit in the game. Its classily sexy.
i certainly don't want (or think they'll bother with, anyway) special outfits just for combat - the individual squad outfits are generally much better, despite the impracticalities of some. if people want to mod some in later, that's fine, but wasting resources on that that could go on something else isn't something i'd like.

I don't that that's what Okeer did. If sleep-learning was possible today - which I very much doubt until you point me to some relevant papers - it's at least highly inefficient. And emotions can be taught, things like racism spread by being taught, although inadvertently. At the very least, Okeer's technology is more efficient by several orders of magnitude.Jebel Krong wrote...

No? I thought it's immediately apparent. The only difference is that Grunt was force-grown and his mind implanted with artificial memories. Since the technology seems available in 2187, I wonder if Miranda's father will try that next, after his genetically engineered, but naturally-grown daughters didn't perform to his satisfaction.
And, while I'm at it, I do wonder what he did expect from his daughters - if they were meant to inherit his business empire, he shouldn't have expected them to not have thoughts of their own. Heh - the eternal problem of the competent successor: the ones who are competent and ambitious enough for the job inevitably become rivals or enemies far too soon for comfort.
not artifical memories - merely subconscious learning, no different to what can be done today (listening tapes whilst you sleep/hypnosis etc) which is why it doesn't always work, and holds no real emotive meaning for grunt - the hatreds okeer felt were empty because emotions can't be "taught". it is also explained as learning by a "voice" in his head, then teaching by way of pictography ("holding up cards") - no different from how you start to learn in primary school, really.
As for Miranda, she did learn the regular way as far as we know, but I can see her father trying something different since he wasn't so successful from his perspective. From ours, of course, he was very successful
having done some basic research - it appears sleep-learning was debunked a while ago. hypnotic suggestion can certainly work, but whether actual "learning" is possible is doubtful - proper learning requires full-brain function to take, under hypnosis/REM sleep etc that isn't the case.
in-game however, grunt described it as "like someone holding up cards and saying the name" type learning, which would carry no emotional weight or significance - hence grunt not holding any emotional attachment to his implanted "hatreds" and discarding them. so, once can postulate that, whilst memory/learning can be directly implanted, emotions are far harder, and still not perfected in 2183.

I don't mind the colour scheme of the default outfit but I don't really care for the hexagon ( if that is the right shape ) patern on it. The loyalty oufit is superior in almost everyway.
