Sixth Goul, I must admit I do not know at all what you want to say. But here are some points:

(1) Nobody said anything about Shepard being a tool of anyone. Nobody at all. Why do you continue to bring this up?
(2) Empathy with whom? With the dead? Miranda would be the first to say "They're dead. We have to think of the living."
(3) I don't know if it's important to your point, but you can avoid that situation where Miranda speaks of betrayal by selecting the middle option in the first function of the conversation with TIM. Then, she says nothing.
(4) I have already said that the reason for her strange behaviour is probably that Bioware wanted that Paragon players can continue their romance with Miranda as well as Renegade players. Your comment seems to echo that, but I'm not sure.

Well I have some Miri pics in there. If you want to keep it handy for image linkage. You guys should really do what the Tali thread did, Some one put in the work and made a collective thread image album. That has all the good art, and pics you guys post in here that the all the members can refer to to look at and post as needed.

 (1) Ha,you make it sound like I've been talking about this all day. I felt I didn't explain well the first time,so instead of rehash, I just rewrote it.

 (4) I do recall you bring it up on the old thread,so did I. I did one about the Dilemma of being paragon and renegade, If I remember correctly your argument was on her character,I think?

Right then guys i've just dl'd overlord so i'm gonna play it through with Legion and Miri (of course) and i'll tell you what Miri's reactions/ dialouge is like if there is anything intreasting .

Tali thread beat you to it, the is absoloutely zero squad dialogue in the DLC. soory. All you get to hear is Shep.

The Tali group is okay if you like Tali i guess, it just progresses so fast you can have a real conversation or discussion in there without your stuff getting buried, however saying that you are quite welcome here, you comment even made Miri happy:

True, its all very quiet so far, i starting to think they won't have any dialouge at all aside from the combat dialouge where they randomly shout things, i doubt BW got all the cast back to record a few dialouge lines for a smallish DLC which is fair enough but its still a shame though .

you just have to hit the right time in the Tali thread. When the right bunch is online. It's usually the night shift crew.

Didn't you see my post Vampire? Report is that there is zero squad dialogue in the DLC.

Can't wait to play, but I think I'm correct when I say it's not out for PC yet? Anyway.. there has to be some dialogue, right? Surely Shepard talks quite a bit?

Well, you get a Heavy Skin Weave upgrade, some money of the same amount that you've probably used on fuel to get to the planet. And some minerals that I couldn't care less about, Mark Meer has bend over for BioWare. He got all the dialogues. No one in my squad, not even Legion said anything.



Some platforming with the Hammerhead, to the fights on foot.

That was the review we got from the guy who played it over here (Tali thread)

Sorry Andaius i must of missed it my friend, well like i've said its dissapointing but completly understandable, maybe they'd record new dialouge for a major expansion, something like the rumoured 'Liara and the SB' stuff, what do you guys think?

I for one would like to see it as if we got dialouge in a DLC thats meant to be set after the suicide mission then i wonder whats Miri will say about pritty much anything now that she is her own person and not a member of cerberus (if she resigined in your game) and what she would say just in genral after the suicude mission and about the relationship.

Ahh so none of these fabled weapons either, i suspected as much, however i new heavy pistol would be nice, it is rather needed lol.

Yeah there lots of complaining about missed opportunities over here in the other thread. As the two squadies that have the most to say about AI's (Tali and Legion) are silent along with everyone else. Plus I guess there was rumor of Tali getting an outfit and there being new weapons and goodies in the DLC. All was lies.

I still don't know what you wanted to say about Shepard being a tool?

As for Miranda and the decision at the base, I said I think Miranda's comment on the base is out of character. Since you can avoid it, it isn't a big matter anymore, but I still maintain that it is. Apart from that, the whole heel face turn at the base if you choose to destroy it feels forced. I think she'd need a bit more convincing before turning away from an organization she's worked for for 19 years.

Not to sound like a pessimist, but I wouldn't get my hopes up for voice acting in these dlc. I wouldn't get my hopes up for a romance pack ether, unless it's a Leisure Suit Larry type dlc game, than they can rehash stuff... Miranda:" That did it..." Tali: "Go for the eyes" Harbinger: "This position is irreverent."

I remeber that BW said all overlord will include is the new missions and achivments thats it, so i was always kinda iffy about the whole 'new weapons' stuff. I think people are complaing about the dialouge because in all the other character have Dialouge but all of that DLC was concived before the gmes release i think, i belive this is the first true after market DLC they have had, so they can't possibly hire all the VA's again for what would be no doubt less than a page of dialouge each so i don't thinkBW have done anything wrong apart from turn out a exceptinal piece of DLC. The only other thing i know is that there is going to be ME2 Avatar items on the xbox 360 on thursday, there the only other 'goodies' i know about.
